We recently held the first Family Picnic and Movie Night of 2019 to resounding success. Participants were ready to “bullieve” as they gathered together to watch the animated hit, “Ferdinand.” With popcorn and snacks in hand, students, parents, and staff members laughed and smiled as they followed along to the exciting adventures of the main character, Ferdinand, a bull with a gentle heart. In addition to the wonderful film shown, limited edition BCIS blankets and umbrellas were sold, with all proceeds going to the Help a Child Smile foundation.

　　Once again, the BCIS members showed the true spirit of connectedness, communication, community, and celebration at another fantastic event.

　　在影視圈似乎有一個(gè)現(xiàn)象級(jí)的怪狀，即：一部賣(mài)座影片的續(xù)集總會(huì)遭遇滑鐵盧，縱然口碑不錯(cuò)，但影院上座率卻達(dá)不到預(yù)期。 而北京樂(lè)成國(guó)際學(xué)校(BCIS)家庭野餐暨電影之夜“續(xù)集”打破了這個(gè)魔咒，她再次逆襲了校園，讓整個(gè)社區(qū)在新學(xué)期伊始深深感受到了“BCIS大家庭”至真至愛(ài)的態(tài)度與溫度。

　　本次電影之夜，我們播放了影評(píng)極佳的卡通影片《公牛歷險(xiǎn)記》，影片講述了一頭名叫“費(fèi)迪南德” 公牛的歷險(xiǎn)故事。整部電影情節(jié)跌宕起伏，扣人心弦。觀影的大小觀眾們被影片中一個(gè)個(gè)感人的橋段深深地吸引與牽動(dòng)。這部電影潛移默化地傳遞著一個(gè)關(guān)于“關(guān)愛(ài)”的訊號(hào)，這恰好與我們舉辦社區(qū)電影之夜的初衷不謀而合。為了把社區(qū)的愛(ài)傳遞給更多需要的人，學(xué)校的家長(zhǎng)委員會(huì)(PTA)與學(xué)生會(huì)分別設(shè)立了愛(ài)心商鋪，他們通過(guò)售賣(mài)BCIS定制版的野餐墊與雨傘，以及美食飲品，為“還孩子一張笑臉”慈善項(xiàng)目募集資金。 此外，我們還別具匠心地加入了“懷舊片場(chǎng)區(qū)”與“Warriors勇士霓虹秀”兩個(gè)單元，這不僅為電影院融進(jìn)了不少歡快的氣氛，還為觀影的社區(qū)大家庭成員們?cè)鎏砹瞬豢苫蛉钡摹皫敫小薄?

　　為了讓電影夜在前期宣傳中更具神秘感，我們把片名改為了《Bullieve》，從另個(gè)角度，可以解讀為“Believe”- 信念或是使命。我們的社區(qū)堅(jiān)信，一個(gè)充滿“關(guān)愛(ài)”與“社會(huì)責(zé)任感”的使命會(huì)把每個(gè)成員微薄的愛(ài)匯聚成“大愛(ài)”，讓這個(gè)冬天不再寒冷，并把一份溫暖傳播給更多社區(qū)外的人們。
